Harvest were contracted by HEAnet, Ireland's National Education and Research Network, to design HEAnet and Harvestand implement a Performance Management and Development System to meet the orgainsational needs of the company. The Harvest team worked closely with senior HEAnet staff to scope, document and oversee the introduction of a comprehensive system throughout the company. The outcome was an extremely successful implementation which on an annual basis integrates the company's strategic objectives with individual tasks and staff performance management - and is generating tangible improvements in the organisation's output. Our experience of working with Harvest was extremely positive. The team were all highly competent and professional and delivered the project very successfully. Karl O'Connor ,Ulster Bank Group , Organisational Effectiveness - Leadership and Talent

Ulster Bank were the 2008 winners of the Pearse Walsh Award for Innovation in the Transfer of Learning to Employees. This award is presented annually at the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD) awards ceremony. Karl talks about the importance of the award, why Ulster Bank entered the competition, and the significance for the Leadership and Talent Team.

The award was presented in recognition of the uniqueness of the programme which is part of Ulster Bank's "Journey to One" programme. This programme was rolled out to 4000 staff nationwide and is a key part of Ulster Bank's people development strategy.
