Congratulations to Topaz for their "Brand Engagement" Programme
"We are really delighted to win this prestigious award against very stiff competition.
The Topaz Brand launch was a huge project and touched everybody in the organisation. From the very start the Board and Executive were committed and hugely supportive of this project and fully understood the need for us to invest in training and engagement of all employees and partners on all aspects of the Topaz Brand. On a monthly basis we provided a detailed update on the branding engagement project and the reaction from employees and partners. This feedback was analysed to ensure that the key learning was been achieved and implemented.
The brand launch programme could not have happened without the dedication and commitment of the training team who delivered this with passion, innovation and care which ultimately ensured its success."

FIRST RUNNER UP:
Abbott - Leadership Programme
Winning the First runner up Pearse Walsh Award is a very significant accolade for us, as its rewards a unique achievement which brings together our key talent from our diverse 8 businesses in Ireland. The programmes aim was to develop leadership capability through experiential learning, this was achieved in several ways from peer learning, networking, Senior Leaders exposure and Group Business Projects, which delivered very tangible business benefits.

This programme represents a vibrant part of our organizational learning culture, to be recognized nationally for this achievement, recognizes all our Ireland locations and the strong leadership commitment to people development at Abbott.
