For the fourth year we at Harvest are delighted to continue our association with the IITD awards and we encourage everyone to get involved and tell their good news story.
The IITD National Training Awards aim to recognise organisations which demonstrate best practice and an ongoing commitment to training and development. We see it as a great opportunity for our colleagues, clients and peers to showcase their talent, commitment and successes in the area that is People Development. Among the awards presented on the night is the specially commissioned award “The Pearse Walsh for Innovation in the Transfer of Learning”. Previous winners include Topaz (2009), Ulster Bank (2008) and Ernst & Young (2007).
The 2010 finalists have been annoucnced they are.... 1. Abbott Ireland (sligo) and their project of focused up skilling of employees to create a culture of continuous learning 2.Fidelity Investments and their employee engagment inititive set against a backdrop of downturn within the financial services sector 3. Irish Distillers and their programme of addressing a loss of market share through a revised company wide strategy that had change as its key deliverable
The winner will be announced on Friday the 26th of March at the annual IITD awards ceremony!
