Donal O’Sullivan is a business and personal coach, working with executives and the self-employed to help them achieve their personal and business goals.

Donal was one of the top 15/20 Sales People with Canada Life for 15 years. (Sales Force of 200-300). He was responsible for sourcing, converting and maintaining all his own business. He qualified for and attended sales conferences in the Bahamas, Toronto, Florida, and Argentina and successfully managed a branch of 14 sales people. He also managed the Life and Pension Division of Avril Byrne Financial Services for 5 years substantially increasing revenue (by multiple of 5).

Donal set up and expanded his own business in 2009, in the height of the recession. He purchased McCann Financial Services in 2010, which he has developed into a successful business. He is a Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) and holds a Diploma in Life and Business Coaching and a Special Purpose Certificate (Life and Workplace Coaching) from FETAC.
