Elevating Customer Experience and Driving Cultural Change 

I am a Learning Specialist in Harvest and my role is to partner with our clients to design and deliver a world-class learning solution to help them solve their business challenges.  I have over 15 years’ experience working in senior L&D management roles in large organisations,  including Ladbrokes, Harvey Norman, Lifestyle Sports and the Coral Group.

I am a passionate advocate for the customer and love to design and deliver bespoke programmes that elevate the customer experience and drive cultural change for the organisation.

In addition to my work in Harvest, I am part of the team at Dublin Institute of Technology that delivers a Retail Management Development qualification. To date, we have worked with over 250 participants who received awards for retail excellence. I am also a Non-Executive Director of Retail Board at National Council for the Blind Ireland (NCBI).

My qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Business & Marketing, a Certificate in Training & Development from the Irish Institute of Training and Development. I am an accredited Insights Discovery practitioner and completed my Diploma in Coaching training with Dublin Institute of Technology. 

In my spare time l love to plan and organise events and relax by spending time with my family and friends.
