Building Cultural Change and Leadership 

I am a Learning Specialist at Harvest and am the lead facilitator of the Leadership and Management Programme for Nursing Homes, Level 6. I also facilitate programmes in our Solution, Knowledge and Source divisions.  

I have over 20 years’ experience in learning and development including senior roles in retail and financial services organisations and as an independent consultant specialising in sales, sales management and executive coaching. My main area of expertise in recent years is leadership and management for the nursing home sector. 

I am also a specialist in cultural awareness and change, team leader development, middle management development, people development, performance management and remuneration systems, presentation skills, time management, customer care, sales coaching and executive coaching. 

My qualifications include a Diploma in Personal and Executive Coaching, Diploma in Training and Development and a Certificate in Video Communications and Technology. 

My free time is spent with my family and friends participating at local and national level in musical theatre and drama. I work with groups throughout Ireland as a director, performer and adjudicator.
