Virtual classroom
These are designed and delivered to reflect the classroom experience. Structured half-day and one-day sessions, with customised content.
We can have up to 12 participants on a VC, who don’t need to travel. The VC can be easily accessed through any of the many platforms we are licensed to use (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams and Adobe Connect)
The sessions are highly interactive, using breakout rooms, virtual flipcharts and exercises. They are excellent for knowledge and skill transfer.
We will provide technical checks and the links to log on, no licenses needed for participants
Typical structure for a half-day session:
09:00 – 10:00 – Live Virtual Classroom intro and overview of the day’s topics, plus self-managed pre-work
10:00 – 12:00 – Live interactive virtual classroom session
12.00 – 12:30 – Reflect learning and action planning
Face-to-face classroom

Learning sets or clinics
Small discussion and action groups, for during and post-programme activities (can be done virtually or face-to-face)
Clinics can be set up for a small group to discuss their specific challenges and action plans with a Harvest facilitator
Harvest will facilitate the first learning set (to assist with the learning contract for the group)
The intention is that the team member taking over the running of the set and meet independently using the programme and post-programme to discuss and action real-life leadership challenges and success
