Virtual classroom
Structured half-day and one-day sessions, customisation, 12 participants, highly interactive, knowledge and skill transfer, using a variety of technologies

Face-to-face classroom
Structured half-day and one-day sessions, customisation, 12 participants, highly interactive, knowledge and skill transfer, using client workplace or conference centre

Webinars
45-60-minute online session, highly interactive through use of live chat and customised polls.
Can cater for large numbers and is an excellent way of communicating knowledge, or as an introduction at the beginning of a bigger programme.
Can be accessed through a variety of technologies in any place in any time zone, can be recorded if necessary

Virtual classroom
These are designed and delivered to reflect the classroom experience. Structured half-day and one-day sessions, with customised content.
We can have up to 12 participants on a VC, who don’t need to travel. The VC can be easily accessed through any of the many platforms we are licensed to use (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams and Adobe Connect)
The sessions are highly interactive, using breakout rooms, virtual flipcharts and exercises. They are excellent for knowledge and skill transfer.
We will provide technical checks and the links to log on, no licenses needed for participants
Typical structure for a half-day session:

09:00 – 10:00 – Live Virtual Classroom intro and overview of the day’s topics, plus self-managed pre-work
10:00 – 12:00 – Live interactive virtual classroom session
12.00 – 12:30 – Reflect learning and action planning

Face-to-face classroom

Our facilitators fully adhere to all applicable protection measures set out for face-to-face interaction, including all hygiene and social distancing guidelines

To provide a platform for peer and facilitator collaboration and sharing of user-curated materials

One-stop-shop for online group discussion, sharing materials and insights, stored on the client company LMS, can be moderated by Harvest

One-stop-shop for online group discussion, sharing materials and insights, on Slack or MS Teams platform set up and moderated by Harvest

Learning sets or clinics
Small discussion and action groups, for during and post-programme activities (virtual or face-to-face)

One-stop-shop for online group discussion and sharing materials and insights.
Harvest can set up the programme on our LMS and provide all the necessary materials, to include moderated discussion groups, learning portfolios etc.
We can also use the client company LMS

Interactive platform app
One-stop-shop for online group discussion and sharing materials and insights.
Harvest can set up the programme on MS Teams or Slack and provide all of the necessary materials, to include moderated discussion groups, learning portfolios etc.
We can then lead and moderate the conversation for the duration of the programme or hand over the moderation to a client L&D team member if necessary

Learning sets or clinics
Small discussion and action groups, for during and post-programme activities (can be done virtually or face-to-face)
Clinics can be set up for a small group to discuss their specific challenges and action plans with a Harvest facilitator
Harvest will facilitate the first learning set (to assist with the learning contract for the group)
The intention is that the team member taking over the running of the set and meet independently using the programme and post-programme to discuss and action real-life leadership challenges and success
