Job Purpose

To contribute to the vision of Harvest “To become the first choice provider, the partner of preference” through the design, development and implementation of bespoke, high-quality learning solutions for clients.

Summary of Responsibility

• Design of innovative and engaging learning experiences for our clients

• Ownership of the day to day management of digital learning projects

• Contribution to the Harvest One Team Values

• Descriptions of Role (Key Responsibilities)

• Carry out diagnostic activities to gain a thorough insight into a client’s needs

• Consult with the client to design engaging and impactful digital learning experiences based on their needs

• Working with Harvest’s development team to ensure the creation of high impact digital experiences that meet the expectations of the client

• Assisting clients with the implementation of their digital learning solution to the end user

• Work on key strategic internal projects to further grow the brand, reputation and product offering of Harvest to clients

• Working closely with the Business Development team to develop and source new business through account management and building relationships with clients

• Actively engages in their own development that will be strongly supported by our Continued Professional Development programme (CPD) “Ancora Imparo”

• Engages and contributes to the Harvest One Team values

Individual Qualities and Competencies

• Appropriate 3rd level degree qualification, preferably post graduate in HRM, education, organisational psychology or eLearning

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in either HR/training or consultancy; either in an organisation or part of a consultancy

• Minimum 12 months experience in the field of eLearning instructional design either as part of a consultancy or within organisations

• Demonstrable knowledge of best practice in eLearning design and development

• Knowledge of the functionality of various eLearning tools including learning management systems and eAuthoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Captivate 8

• Strong project management skills

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Good team player
