Congratulations to all the shortlisted finalists. We look forward to celebrating your achievements and announcing the overall winner at the IITD National Training Awards in the Kilashee House Hotel, Nass on Friday, 20th April 2018. The Pearse Walsh Award 2018 shortlist reflects true innovation in the transfer of learning to employees and we commend all the shortlisted finalists for their hard work.

We would also like to thank everyone that took the time to compile their submissions. The quality of which reflects the professionalism and dedication of the Learning and Development professionals working in Ireland today.

The Pearse Walsh Award 2018 shortlist was selected by a judging panel of three Learning and Development professionals, Frank Rock, Director at Harvest, Eamonn Eaton, Head of Group Learning & Engagement at Bank of Ireland and Kevin Empey, Managing Director at WorkMatters Consulting. The Harvest extend our gratitude to the judges for bringing a wealth of experience to the evaluation process, we are very grateful for their time and expertise.
