This Month at Harvest:

• We are partnering with a Senior team in the FMCG sector, to review their team structure and roles to develop a revised approach, in line with the strategic direction of the organisation.

• We are partnering with a government agency to design and deliver facilitation training workshops for managers, so they can facilitate consultation sessions with their own teams for collection input for the 2020 and Beyond statement of strategy. The facilitation toolkits included the use of technology as a means for collecting the data for the strategy.

• We commenced the design and delivery of a tailored Train the Trainer QQI Level 6 qualification, with a Pharmaceutical training team.
