Our Client Corner – January 2020

This Month at Harvest:

  • We are partnering with a financial organisation to upskill their managers and team members on setting objectives using the OKR methodology. We will design a toolkit for the managers and then train them and the HRPBs to deliver their own team training for their intact teams
  • We have designed and are now delivering a change programme for a sales team in the building merchandising sector. This includes defining their value proposition, developing a sales engagement model and revising their ways of working to support the change required. We are then training the managers and the sales representatives over a four-day period to upskill them on how to use the tools to enhance customer engagement and to achieve higher sales
  • We are partnering with a financial organisation on phase two of a mentoring programme, where we will now introduce the concept of mentoring circles. The first stage is to work with the steering group to develop the process and we will then design and implement the final approach and training required
