This Month at Harvest:

The following projects have all been delivered online using a variety of technologies:

• We designed and delivered online videos and virtual classrooms on the area of performance management with a particular emphasis on setting smart objectives, setting OKRs and virtual performance management activities: for a government agency, an insurance company and a financial institute
• We have partnered with a government agency to set up a mentoring panel framework, which will include training for mentees and mentors. We have also designed an online handout and facilitated a design lab for the development of an online mentoring support resource
• We have partnered with a retail client to design and deliver two half day virtual classrooms for managers on Leading Teams Remotely
