As part our Social Corporate Responsibility programme and our desire to pay it forward during COVID, we were delighted to get the opportunity to partner with Volunteer Ireland to provide a programme for their Senior Management team on “Managing Teams Virtually”. Volunteer Ireland is the national volunteer development organisation. We host the national volunteering database I-VOL, providing training to volunteer managers, helping companies that want to engage their employees in volunteering, delivering National Volunteering Week and the national Volunteer Ireland Awards, delivering garda vetting and supporting the national network of local Volunteer Centres.

Harvest provided our senior management team with training on managing teams virtually in the context of COVID-19. The training was fantastic and we got a huge amount out of it. It challenged us to think critically about how we do things, it inspired us, and we came away with clear actions.
