Customer Service Excellence
Harvest has a long track record of designing and delivering highly successful bespoke customer service excellence programmes with and for our clients. Our focus is on aligning the clients’ customer service culture – purpose, mission, and values – and enhancing the frontline participants’ service mindset and then developing practical skills to deliver excellence in customer service.
We are delighted to be currently partnering with an airline, designing and rolling out their Customer Service Excellence programme for frontline staff, as well as facilitating a tailored Service Leadership programme for senior frontline crew and managers in operations. The feedback has been excellent, with NPS scores improving and the airline achieving customer experience awards.

Management and Leadership Development
Our expertise in developing and supporting newly appointed managers up to the executive leadership team at all stages in their careers is second to none. We’re currently designing and delivering modular leadership and manager development programmes in partnership with clients in Tourism, Agri-food, Insurance, Financial Service and Recycling. Our programmes are customised to your managers’ needs and requirements, and usually incorporate an EQI or leadership 360 diagnostic assessment, a series of leadership masterclasses, and additional supports include one-to-one Coaching and Action Learning Sets.
We can also arrange QQI accreditation for your management development programme if required.

Our Executive Coaching panel have a depth and breadth of experience across a range of subject areas including strategic and commercial planning, navigating and leading change, sales planning, career transition, managing conflict and mediation, wellbeing, and work life balance.
We have won tenders and sit on the Coaching panels for a number of public bodies, Government agencies and departments, coaching leaders at all levels up to Secretary General. In the private sector, our Coaching panel are currently supporting the Executive teams in retail, financial services, and technology sectors.
