Our Client Corner – March 2021

  • This month, the Harvest team are delighted to partner with the Executive Leadership team and CEO of an international charity, to design and run an Executive Teambuilding programme with feedback interviews, teambuilding away day, and strategy planning.
  • We recently launched a bespoke Virtual Negotiation skills programme for sales managers and teams at all levels in a wholesale and retail organisation, designing a tailored negotiation framework, with pricing models and templates, and practical case studies.
  • Our virtual Leadership and Management Development programmes are in high demand. They typically consist of 4 – 6 modules delivered through blended learning, and with a practical application of new skills and tools through assignments and coaching, our clients are finding participants are more motivated and competent as leaders in the new virtual environment.
  • Harvest is excited to partner with a global financial services company on their Mentoring programme, providing training support for 50+ mentees and mentors, and masterclasses to broaden their experience and ensure they get the most from the programme.
  • We are currently working with the sales management teams in two significant FMCG and Financial Services client organisations, building up their bench strength to successfully work through the current difficult climate and future-proofing their business for a changing future landscape
