Continuing our Training Awards Sponsorship, with another virtual experience in 2021 We are delighted once again to be the lead sponsor for the IITD’s National Training Awards 2021 and look forward to celebrating the success of the winning organisations on 25th June. This is our fifteenth year sponsoring this wonderful event that recognises the excellent work that is happening around learning and development. In its first virtual outing, last year’s event was a great success and maintained the great momentum of previous years in its celebration of the calibre of excellence in our industry. This year Harvest is very excited to see what new and exciting innovations the learning and development industry have produced, during what has been a very challenging year for all. We have seen countless examples of excellent learning experiences to upskill and motivate individuals during this particularly testing period. Finally, the Pearse Walsh Award was created to commemorate the legacy of our founder Pearse Walsh. It was originally designed to recognise innovation in the transfer of learning in organisations and we are delighted that this award continues in his name.
