A very exciting month of firsts for our team! 

  • We are delighted to be partnering with a financial institute to design and deliver a virtual talent development programme, which includes a series of development centre activities to be delivered over a four-month period. The programme will be supported by an internal sponsor team who will work with Harvest to populate a talent heat map as we progress. The outputs will result in a completed leadership development programme and a talent heat map to spot future talent. 
  • We are partnering with a senior leadership team assisting them to understand and articulate the desired culture that is fit for purpose in a financial institutewho are going through a significant operational change programme. 
  • We are submerged in continuously improving our client virtual learning experiences and this month we are piloting the use of MIRO, and online visual collaboration platform for teamwork. We had great fun in our internal tutorials and are now starting to build the content into our programme design so participants can interact in a more impactful way.
