Ways of Working Session with Suicide or Survive

Here at Harvest, we were delighted to have the opportunity to support the Board of Suicide or Survive with a facilitated workshop.

As a charity, SOS aims to create and deliver innovative approaches that educate, inform and inspire people to cultivate good mental health and reduce stigma regarding mental health, leading to less death by suicide. Services provided include support groups for individuals and families in addition to Corporate Workplace Wellness programmes.

Following the workshop Kevin McPartlan, Chair of Suicide or Survive said:

‘The founder moved on from the charity in 2020 and with a new CEO and changed Board, Suicide or Survive is in a period of major change. As a Board, we are determined to be a high-performing and efficient team that brings maximum value to SOS so we were delighted that Harvest selected us to benefit from their generous support. Our session with Eamonn Eaton offered opportunities to reflect on our personal and team roles, consider factors that might interfere with providing our maximum positive contribution to the charity and define how our values will be expressed in team behaviours. We are very grateful to Eamonn and Harvest. The benefits of the session will be felt for a long time to come.’

Harvest is delighted to be able to contribute in some small way to the excellent work of Suicide or Survive.
