A big congratulations to the fantastic team at the IITD (Sinead, Mary and Joe), the award entrants, the winners, the Fast Lane Production team and the producers Mary Barr (IITD) and Brian Coleman for delivering another great awards ceremony.

Although it was a socially distanced production with masks adorned until the cameras rolled, it was great to be back together. Regardless of the continuing COVID challenges, the team managed to ensure a very professional and engaging event.

Marty as usual did a stellar job keeping the proceedings lively and personable while stopping to talk to Sinead and myself on emerging trends in Learning and Development.
